*NEW*Driver Education Grant
Program
Students who qualify for free/reduced lunch may apply below to
have their driver training for a (Regular) driver license paid for
through the Driver Education Grant Program. The tuition will be paid
directly to the MAD-AREA Driving school.
Note: Due to the popularity of the program, we are nearing capacity.
There may be a pause or delay in accepting new applications.
Eligible students
Wisconsin resident
14 1/2 - 19 years of age
Eligible or receiving free & reduced lunch
Student has not previously held a driver license
Grant covers the following programs linked below. You
must apply for eligibility BEFORE clicking on the links.
Grant funds issued to a student expire after 9 months of no use and
student may reapply
Receive a
confirmation email with confirmation “coupon” numbers for the course(s)
Share the
coupon number(s) with the Mad-Area driving school
Schools
will enter the coupon number in their student records upon course
enrollment
Payment
for the course(s) will be sent electronically to Mad-Area Driving
School from Wisconsin DMV
Once
you have completed the above and recieved your couipon numbers
you may select from the links Grant covers the following programs
linked below. You must apply for eligibility BEFORE clicking on the
